Print Reports

1.  All reports are accessed from the Report menu in R.S.V.P.'s main screen, and are presented in a preview window with the option of actually printing a hardcopy.  (In the present version, the Outstandings summary can only be viewed onscreen.)

2.  Most reports accept date parameters as follows:

3.  Ensure that valid default printer options are selected from the MS WindowsT Printers settings on the Control Panel.  Only the Date Book requires landscape (width-wise) orientation.

4.  Click on the print button in the preview window toolbar to send reports to the printer.
